Reporting Security Vulnerabilities and Incidents (Cyber Resilience Act)

How to submit a report

What should your report include?

To help us verify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information:

• Product/service name: The system or device affected by the issue.
• Vulnerability description: A detailed explanation of the vulnerability.
• Step-by-step instructions (PoC): A description of the actions or code required to reproduce the issue.
• Potential impact: The possible effect of the vulnerability on security.

Important information

• Language: We accept reports in Polish and English.
• Confidentiality: Please do not disclose information about the report publicly until we have jointly determined the status of the vulnerability and agreed on the next steps, in accordance with the principles of Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure.
• Anonymity: We accept anonymous reports. However, providing your contact details will allow us to ask follow-up questions and keep you informed about the status of the report.
